Appointment Scheduling
At Evergreen Massage and Steam massage therapy appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are also welcome. Contact us anytime to discuss your needs with a certified practitioner and reserve your spot.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone, at least 4 hours in advance of your scheduled session. No-shows will be charged at the normal rate.
Late Policy
Due to tightly booked schedules, if you arrive late for your appointment Evergreen Massage and Steam practitioners will provide treatment for the remaining session time only unless more time is available.
Insurance
Most of our massage therapy services are covered by health insurance. Please call us for more information.
First Appointments
Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with your massage therapist regarding your condition. Contact our office for more information.
Massage Therapists
Please let us know if you would prefer a specific massage therapist that has been recommended to you or if you would prefer a male or female practitioner when you call to schedule an appointment.
Illness and Health Concerns
Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.
