Walk on back
Walking on back/Ashiatsu is an ancient Chinese practice of massage that is growing in popularity in the world. The masseuse uses her feet as well as hands, elbows, and palms as a means to apply therapeutic pressure on the body to relieve symptoms and bring about a feeling of well being. The Ashiatsu barefoot massage uses the feet in several ways to knead the tissues on the patients back. The masseuse varies pressure of her feet by using bars that help to control the process. The traditional Chinese practitioners believe that ashiatsu techniques helped to correct imbalances in the body and thereby resulted in an improvement in the health of the patient.
Normally, for a session of ashiatsu barefoot massage, the client is undressed and lie face down on a massage table. The masseuse then walks barefoot on the clients back targeting various pressure points to enable smooth energy flow. The masseuse will also concentrate on certain spots that need healing. Walking on the back is a form of deep tissue massage that penetrates deep into the muscles of the back and helps to rejuvenate sore areas. The masseuse use bars to alternate weight and pressure on the clients back. After a session of ashiatsu massage, one may feel invigorated and refreshed. Ashiatsu also helps in circulation of the blood and also helps to relax tense and sore muscles. In addition, it also brings about a feeling of well being and peace.
Choice Ashiatsu / walking on back massage requires some advance training as improper techniques could cause damage to the clients back.

* If you’ve had recent eye procedures/Laser surgery within 72 hours

* If you are currently taking any blood thinners, pain killers, or muscle relaxants
